Refund/Return Policy
At TeeVibe.pk, we want you to love every hoodie you purchase from us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help with hassle-free returns and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
You can return an item within 30 days of receiving it if:
- The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The tags and original packaging are intact.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is provided.
Note: Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process:
- Contact our support team at returns@teevibe.pk with your order details and the reason for the return.
- You’ll receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- Once we receive the item and inspect it, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve the returned item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
4. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or design:
- Contact us at returns@teevibe.pk to check availability.
- Follow the same steps as a return, and we’ll send out the replacement item once your original item is received and inspected.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:
- Items marked as “Final Sale.”
- Customized or personalized products.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately at returns@teevibe.pk with photos of the product and your order details.
- We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
